Check out some of what you will do:
- Assist Facility Managers with tactical planning for the site as needed or requested.
- Heavy project management/coordination
- Retrieve mail/packages from the loading dock and distribute following the site SOW
- Assist with ordering of office supplies, consumables, PPE, etc.
- Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office/facility
- Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
- Coordinate special events in support of the client or JLL
- Support facility soft services as needed and directed, such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations and set up, food services, vending, and badging
- Act as an interface with client, vendors, visitors, and guests with a focus on providing quality customer service, and ensure appropriate follow up with customers
- Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption
- Monitor and report to the Facility Manager on the facility operation, through both direct employees and third-party service providers, to ensure that all KPI’s and SLA’s are met or exceeded
- Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances, and manage site level invoicing.
- Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices
- Any other tasks and duties assigned
Who we are looking for:
Required
- 3 years of process and program management/coordination
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Prior facilities management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift. Start and end times are dependent on the incumbent's location.
Pay $24.03-33.66 hourly
Salary : $24 - $34
