What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Coordinator position at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.?
What is the day to day?
- Provides support for vendors and team members. Acts as an interface with client, vendors, and guests.
- Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff and vendors including: invoicing follow up, payment status inquires, ordering and processing invoices for all material purchases and monthly reoccurring costs
- Performs visual inspections of common areas and submit required observations
- Attend client meetings when requested
- Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings
- Reads and understands the applicable client and vendor Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Required:
- Self-motivation energetic with the ability to pivot when necessary
- Experience in a client-facing position providing flexible customer service
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in facility management
