In this role, you will provide critical financial support for one of our key client accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering and analyzing a wide range of financial reports to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
What is your day to day:
Supporting and implementing "Best in Class" reporting. Completing regular and ad-hoc reporting including internal documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations. Developing efficient reporting strategies through automation and simplification while maintaining data integrity. Organizing and maintaining data collection, reporting, and communication. Assisting in cost-savings and process improvement initiatives. Generating monthly and quarterly reports. Running day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities. Analyzing performance data to forecast and trend. Assisting with budget planning and development.
Desired experience and technical skills -
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-6 years of relevant finance experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially strong/advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in PeopleSoft
- Strong MS Access and database skills
- Prior use of systems and tools to extract and analyze data
- Process management experience or demonstrated skills
