Job description for Sales Enablement, Associate -
Overview
The Sales Enablement, Associate contributes to the local business pursuit strategy in the development and execution of sales enablement activities. This role provides strategic advice where required and helps to refine and improve materials and processes.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of data relevant to new business pursuits. Performs analysis on gathered data and provides insights and summaries relevant to potential clients and industries.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Arrange and participate in internal debriefs.
- Manage mid-level pursuits from start to finish. Attend kickoff calls, set timelines and schedule rehearsals.
- Assist business development managers with pursuits over 50,000 SF. Attend meetings, create slides and help with edits.
- Become a multi-business line expert across tenant rep, industrial, agency, property management and retail
- Own the business development box folder. Help the team be more efficient by organizing and filing away slides and useful information.
- Utilize outside resources. Frequently work with the design and research team. Pull in subject matter experts when needed.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
- 3 – 5 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Strong project management skills and creative knowledge of graphic design, digital and print production
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Platform (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Technologically savvy
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
