As a Regional Transformation Lead, your role is to drive and oversee transformation initiatives within the region. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing change management strategies to achieve business objectives. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the regional leadership team to develop and align transformation strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Transformation Planning: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for transformation initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives across the region.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, process improvement, and automation within the region, and lead the implementation of best practices and standardized processes.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, and regularly report to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other regional transformation leads and global teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within a multinational organization, preferably within region.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent change management skills, including the ability to influence and inspire teams to embrace change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and understanding of regional market dynamics is a plus.
