- Lead and manage a team of relocation specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Develop strong performers into future leaders.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve relocation processes and enhance client experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders
- Oversee complex relocation cases and provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in global mobility
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and relocation program outcomes
- Contribute to the development of new relocation policies and service offerings
- Ensure operations manual and playbooks are in place and updated
Project Management Skills
- Oversee the entire project flow from implementation to close out & handover.
- Kick-off construction projects, identify stake holders, and support the client during scope and program development. Provide pricing scenarios as needed to narrow the project’s scope.
- Prepare RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services as well as manage the contractor, vendor selection process (negotiates contracts with each vendor; interfaces with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors).
- Collaborate across all platforms including transaction managers, facilities managers, building engineers, occupancy planners, low voltage managers, and move managers, among others.
- Organize and chair appropriate project related meetings, either in person or virtually. Send out meeting minutes and follow up points to all parties. Coordinate development activities associated with project assignments.
- Apply technology to drive change and provide data accuracy for reporting. Provide status updates and other regular reporting as required by the client.
- Develop and maintain a proper project schedule to manage all related activities
- Develop a Risk Register to identify and mitigate any and all risks to the success of the project.
- Use best practices to eliminate ‘scope creep’.
- Determine the pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.e. construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations, people relocations that exceed baseline parameters, etc.)
- Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions, organize move orientations, and resolve post-move issues
- Manage change order requests against scope and field conditions.
- Develop any punch list activities for assigned scope or develop list of Day 2 items.
- Review, revise, reconcile and verify invoices within the timeframe specified by accounting
- Assure completeness of all JLL internal and client project administrative close-out activities.
Safety:
- Champion safety by ensuring JLL guidelines are followed.
- Ensure project delivery complies with Heath, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Business Development:
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Directly responsible for enhancing team revenues through the maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships and by developing new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service.
- Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of JLL. Contributes to the development of new product and service delivery ideas for the business unit.
- Understand RFP/RFQ documents, contract and proposal terminology
- Estimate proposal pricing as it relates to man hour assignments per specific project sub-task or price whole project depending on size
- Participate in presentation interviews, convey key points and answer potential client questions with a firm understanding of the project and the potential client
Financial acumen:
- Financial management including cash flows, anticipated cost reports and monthly reports. Serves as liaison between client, finance team and vendors.
- Maintains a benchmarking program for RPM team to understand current costs and identify opportunities for savings to the client.
- Work directly with Sourcing to identify vendors that bring best value and service the client.
- Manage invoices against scope and work performed. Close out all financials at end of project and collect required lien waivers on behalf of the client.
- Responsible to ensure that JLL is compensated fairly for our work performed on RPM activities. Must read and understand related contract terms.

Experience Required
- 4 - 6 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years as Relocation Project Manager or related experience
