Variable Support Supervisor
Responsible for supporting maintenance/housekeeping/mobile equipment on all three shifts as needed, as well as various project support as required. This position will support maintenance, truck repair and sanitation teams on multiple shifts as needed. Scheduled Work week is Sunday through Thursday. Work Schedule will fluctuate when needed.
PROFICIENCIES
Responsible for the following Support Personnel and Vendor network:
- Supervise Tradesmen, Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair, Pipefitter & Truck Repair
- Vendor Manager for OEM and outside service coordination
- Supervise housekeeping services.
- Experience with Team cleaning.
- Collaborate with Operations Team for Maintenance, Repair, and Machine upgrades to maximize life cycle of critical equipment.
- Mechanical Systems Diagnosis and Repair experience
- Experience with Pumps, Motors, dock doors and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and other Operating Systems
- Knowledge of SAP

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Maintenance Field
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience required
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide timely reports
