Duties
- Supervises, manages, and directs the marketing, operation and development of the installation’s Recycling Program.
- Coordinates recycling functions with local community organizations, installation tenants to generate recycling opportunities for the installation.
- Evaluates the success of the program in terms of waste reduction, cost avoidance, customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Develops business plan covering projected recycle programs, staffing requirements, funding levels, equipment needs and facility needs.
- Serves as the installation expert and advisor on all issues related to Recycling Program.

Qualifications
- one (1) year of work experience managing or directing the activities of a recycling operations center.
- 1 year working experience as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), or
- 1 year working experience developing sales agreements, or
- 1 year working experience in logistics, supply chain management to include attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in logistical processes and inventory management, or
- 1 year working experience implementing an internal controls program to prevent and detect errors or fraud, or
- 1 year working Supervisory experience managing warehousing operations and staff.
