To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe One year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. Exercising personnel management (i.e. assigning work, setting priorities, guidance with goals and objectives, and resolving work problems) for the command. 2. Managing trainings for the instructors on all information technology course material for the organization. 3. Providing technical guidance to subordinates for training requirements and automation technology. 4. Responsible for training systems for the organization (i.e. Enterprise Networking, Enterprise Services, Information Technology Training, and/or Cyberspace Defense Data Operations.
The Specialized Experience Must Include, Or Be Supplemented By, Information Technology Related Experience (paid Or Unpaid Experience And/or Completion Of Specific, Intensive Training, As Appropriate) Which Demonstrates Each Of The Four Competencies, As Defined

- Advice on policy/standards for instructor and subordinates.
- Assigned special project to subordinates for the organization.
- Ensure quality assurance check on training requirement is complete.

Conditions of Employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance.
- This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
- The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical Under the Drug Abuse Testing Program)
- and must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment, or transfer and periodically thereafter.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Salary : $88,621 - $121,123
