Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and restaurant environments, with a focus on food preparation and culinary excellence. This role is essential for creating memorable dining experiences through innovative menu planning and exceptional meal preparation.

Duties

• Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop creative and seasonal menus.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Assist in catering events, providing excellent service and presentation.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food safety protocols.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, feedback, and improvements.

Skills

• Proficiency in fine dining techniques and restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation methods, culinary terminology, and food handling standards.
• Experience in meal preparation for various dietary needs and preferences.
• Ability to plan menus that are creative, appealing, and cost-effective.

REQUIREMENTS

• U.S. Citizen
• 17 to 34 Years Old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Meet Tattoo Guidelines
• No Major Law Violations
• No Medical Concerns
• 3-6 year contract
