Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities through various trades and crafts.
- Working in carpentry, painting, and laboring environments.
- Safe use of ladders and scaffolding.
Additionally, you will be required to replace window glass, perform other duties as assigned, and participate in bi-weekly reviews and lists sent to management.
Requirements:
- Qualifications include experience in performing duties as described.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (if required to operate a vehicle).
