You will be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and managing official documentation, including ID cards and tags. Furthermore, you will learn to use computer programs that keep personnel data current.
The skills you acquire will align with Business Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations, and you may have the chance to earn 13 nationally recognized certifications!
Job Duties :
- Provide comprehensive human resource support
- Oversee strength management and distribution actions
- Ensure the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers
