Job Overview
The US Army is seeking a skilled Petroleum Supply Specialist to supply the Army with fuel at all times. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum-based products.
You will be responsible for supervising and managing the use of refueling systems and equipment, ensuring they are assembled sequentially and performing quality assurance. Additionally, you will supply and store fuel from various sources.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong planning and scheduling skills, as well as the ability to operate fueling systems and shop mechanics. You will also have the opportunity to learn about certifications available through the Army.
Requirements
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- 10 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
- 89 ASVAB Score: Clerical (CL)
- 85 ASVAB Score Operators & Food (OF)
- U.S. Citizen
- Meet Tattoo Guidelines
- 17 to 34 Years Old
- No Major Law Violations
- High School Diploma or GED
- No Medical Concerns
