Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance on the Avenger air defense system
- Perform electronic troubleshooting and repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
Requirements
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- 17 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Score 93 or higher on the Electronics (EL) and General Technical (GT) sections of the ASVAB
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Meet tattoo guidelines
- Be between 17 and 34 years old
- No major law violations
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- No medical concerns
You'll have the opportunity to earn 40 nationally-recognized certifications and develop a wide range of skills, including electronic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs, diagrams and schematics.
