Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medic to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including emergency medicine and urgent care environments. As a Medic, you will be responsible for performing physical examinations, conducting patient assessments, and delivering essential medical services to ensure the well-being of patients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine medical needs.
• Provide emergency medical care and support in urgent care situations.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a Level II Trauma Center to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as required for patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during transport or treatment.
• Stay updated on best practices in emergency medicine and participate in ongoing training.

Skills

• Proficient in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar urgent care environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols and procedures.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage and management.

REQUIREMENTS

• U.S. Citizen
• 17 to 34 Years Old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Meet Tattoo Guidelines
• No Major Law Violations
• No Medical Concerns
• 3-6 year contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
