POSITION OVERVIEW
The Email Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive email campaigns for all our brands. You will leverage your email strategy, automation, content creation, and analytics expertise to create targeted, engaging emails that resonate with our audiences. This role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker who can collaborate across teams and manage multiple campaigns that align with our brands and business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies for each brand, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns (promotional, transactional, nurturing, and welcome series) across multiple segments.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Write compelling copy and design email layouts that reflect each brand’s voice while driving conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and content.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action continuously.
List Management & Segmentation
- Manage email lists and segmentation strategies to ensure personalized messaging for auto body technicians, auto repair professionals, and other target audiences.
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance with relevant regulations (i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports.
- Use insights to refine strategies, improve campaign performance, and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sales, and Product, to integrate email efforts with broader campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and platforms to enhance automation, deliverability, and email design.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably within B2B and/or multi-brand environments.
- Proficiency in email and marketing automation platforms (i.e., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
