Summary
As an Enrollment Manager at US Aviation Academy, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through their initial enrollment journey. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional training and support to future aviation professionals.
This role is at our Corporate Headquarters and would be working with teams across our nine (and growing) nationwide campuses.
Responsibilities
- Manage and submit Veteran Benefits enrollments through VA-Once, being intimately familiar with Post 9/11 and Montgomery GI bill benefits, as well as ensuring all students packets are submitted correctly as the Veterans Affairs School Certifying Official (VA SCO).
- Review and Issue I-20's for international students, as well as verify SEVIS applications as the Student and Exchange Visitor Program Designated School Official (SEVP DSO)
- Manage the onboarding enrollment team for successful hand off from Admissions to Student Affairs
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between enrollment processes and educational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a VA SCO at a previous educational institution
- Experience as a SEVP DSO at a previous educational institution
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably within aviation or technical training.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with prospective students and staff members.
- Demonstrated ability in academic advising or education administration is a plus.
