Job Description
Robust platforms and capabilities are foundational as a driving force in modern sales, empowering high-performing companies to achieve better results and drive growth. By empowering bankers with best-in-class tools (operational offerings, technology and digital capabilities), this team member will work to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This aligns to the Branch and Small Business Banking priority to modernize by specifically “leveraging innovative digital tools and resources.”
Essential Functions
- Manage technology and operations projects impacting frontline colleagues from inception to post implementation including overseeing new and existing tools & equipment, along with performance metrics / monitoring.
- Champion continuous improvement by providing recommendations to streamline workflows for customer-facing roles and synthesizing field feedback into actionable solutions.
- Be the voice of the field and represent Branch and Small Business Banking with numerous partners across the organization.
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings that summarize complex projects into easily digestible insights and action items.
- Drive innovation and out of the box thinking by leading pilots, experiments, and iterative improvements that allow teams to quickly adapt to emerging opportunities and challenges.
