U.S. Bank is currently seeking a marketing manager for its Consumer Lending business. The marketing manager will be a key member of a cross-functional, agile team responsible for growing the mortgage and lending business through customer-centric, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The marketing manager will partner with the business line and data analytics to develop marketing strategies to drive priority business objectives; collaborate across the team to execute campaigns; and drive continuous optimization using data / analytics and insights.Additional responsibilities include : Connecting business priorities, initiatives, and execution with other internal teams and stakeholders to drive synergy and deliver a connected, unified customer experience.Effectively using data / analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to translate business goals into marketing strategies and plans.Partnering with data analytics to develop test plans; measure and analyze campaign results; and refine / optimize strategy and campaigns accordingly.Working with agency and partners to develop performance marketing campaigns that connect to brand; overseeing implementation and execution to ensure all creative delivers connectivity, consistency, and customer focus.Managing marketing budget in accordance with strategy and data-driven results.Coaching other marketing team members on campaign strategy and execution. Helping translate and coordinate sprint work across marketing team members.Contributing to an environment of problem solving, collaboration, creativity, support, consulting, and partnership.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceEight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver resultsPreferred Skills / Experience
Proven experience creating and leading the execution of multi-channel marketing programs, leveraging customer insights and data to inform strategies and drive decisionsExperience leveraging digital channels (search, display, email, in-app, etc.) and marketing technology to connect with customers and prospects with the right message at the right timeDemonstrated leadership, diplomacy, and ability to gain buy-in from diverse teamsStrong organizational, decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal, and team building skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environmentExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to present to executive-level stakeholdersCuriosity and creativity grounded in strategic mindsetUnderstanding, interest, and expertise in the financial services industry a plusAgile experience a plusLocation Expectations
