What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Products Banking Specialist position at US CENTURY BANK?
Summary: Serves as primary contact for our top-tier Specialty Products clients providing a positive experience that leads to high customer satisfaction.
This position will have daily interaction with our association, HELOC and public fund clients. This position should have a good working knowledge of our bank products and systems. This individual will work closely with all areas throughout the bank to enhance the satisfaction of our clients through timely and accurate responses and implementations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists HOA’s/Associations and Public Fund clients with the account opening process, following Bank’s guidelines.
- Obtain documentation from our clients needed for the account opening and Onboarding for all Treasury Management Products.
- Ensure that Agreements are properly updated as customer account changes occur.
- Communicate with the account officer on any missing information in timely and persistent manner.
- Keep Account Officers in the loop during the process, escalating any issues in a timely manner for assistance when needed.
- Identify possible cross selling opportunities while performing daily duties and refer to account officer.
- Assists customers with change of address requests, profile updates, funds transfers request, callbacks, and all other inquiries. Ensuring that we follow bank procedures and protocols.
- Assist with Set-Up of new and existing Lock Box HOA’s/Companies, place coupon order, execution of the customer questionnaire, coupon testing, file layout specifications, handles special requests such us reporting options, accounting software, and posting files.
- Assist HOA’s/Associations and public fund clients with Treasury Management support and ensure issues are resolved by the appropriate parties within the Bank.
- Have an understanding of HELOC’s and assist with HELOC applications and existing HELOC clients.
- Maintains frequent contact with clients, returning all incoming calls and addressing problems/questions.
- Requires good working knowledge of bank operations and other bank departments.
