cFocus Software seeks an IT Technical Writer to join our program supporting Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). This position is on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications :
- 7 years’ experience developing IT presentation material for technical information (cybersecurity)
- 10 years’ experience working collaboratively with senior and support IT personnel
- 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Forms
- Sound foundation in grammar, punctuation, and use of the English language, with emphasis on producing clear, direct prose.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism or a related field required.
- Additional education or certifications (e.g., Network , Security , CISSP) in IT / Information Security preferred.
