Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support our employer branding and internal communications.
- Craft compelling long and short-form content with a keen eye for design, seamlessly translating words into visually appealing layouts for a variety of channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations.
- Create and manage all collaterals in line with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company’s website and presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review sites.
- Conduct competitor research and stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in communications strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., agencies, photographers) for employer branding assets and campaigns.
