As a Proposal Specialist for GovBusiness NW, you will be responsible for the proposal and interview preparation process from start to finish, including but not limited to :
- Analyze RFP / RFQ and interview requirements.
- Establish proposal and interview development and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other marketing team members, business development staff, technical staff, and consultants to plan, prepare, write, produce, and submit all proposals and interview materials.
- Set-up team planning and review meetings.
- Use a designated InDesign or PPT template.
- Arrange proofing and editing.
- Arrange production and delivery.
- Maintain assets, including narrative content, project data, graphics, video, and photographs in Deltek Vision / CRM database and content management systems.
