Job Description
As part of our Fulfillment and Procurement Department you will play a crucial role in the fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders for USCONNECT products and promotional materials. You will support both sales and marketing initiatives by picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers, partners, and promotional events. You will also be responsible for assisting in the fulfillment and procurement of devices and mail-outs to all consumers. You will also play a pivotal role in the processing of all new enrollments and transfers of consumers to USCONNECT.
Requirements
ASSOCIATE :
- Assigned to an Outreach Collaborator
- Passed training & testing
- Obtained RAD ID
- Is permitted to have Inventory from OC
- Has full marketplace access
- Tools : Device for enrollments
SPECIALIST :
Is managed by US CONNECT and is sent on US CONNECT enrollment assignments
SUPPORT STAFF LVL 1 :
Handles assigned tasks, knowledgeable on all products, services, programs, lifeline, ACP
SUPPORT STAFF LVL 2 :
Shift or task supervisors- manages 5 LvL1 access to modify configurations and fix minor system discrepancies, major changes must be made by developer"
