Your Mission as a Radiologic Technologist

Radiology Tech Qualifications and Experience
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
- ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- 1 year of experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment and performing radiologic procedures. (Experience does NOT need to be paid experience.)
Radiology Technologist Salary and Benefits
- Radiology Tech Salary: $72,983 - $94,875 per year
- Rad Tech Hourly Wage: $35.09 - $45.61 per hour
- Annual Salary Increases: 2% federal, 2% local, and promotional (on average)
- Retirement: Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) retirement (401k) with employer contributions
- Pension: Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) pension contributions
