Full Time : 34 hours per week, variable schedule
Monday / Wednesday / Thursday : 7 : 30AM-5 : 00PM
Tuesday : 7 : 30AM-6 : 00PM
Friday : 7 : 30AM-12 : 00PM
Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, updating computer patient personal information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.
