Primary Responsibilities
This position is focused on but not limited to four key areas: Order Entry; Both Inbound/Outbound Calls, Customer Liaison; Administrative & Sales Support. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

As a Customer Support Representative you will be able to perform the following duties:
- Process incoming orders; accurately, timely and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner; develop quotes, ensuring accuracy and/or conversion to sale.
- Support Engineering and Account Managers by gathering and maintaining records related to custom part requests, pricing and lead time expectations, RMA processes, and sales agreements.
- Maintain contract and business compliance with a keen focus on export compliance and terms and conditions.
- Prioritize and escalate customer issues or concerns to Management as necessary.
- Ability to communicate with customers regarding accounting balances due, and arrange for payment.
- Identify product options and up-selling of support products, using the technical support team as needed.
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing, copying and database maintenance.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns.
- Work with internal departments to fulfill & manage customer requirements/records.
- Work with internal departments and new customers to create new accounts and provide ongoing maintenance of customer records.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years of Inside Sales &/or Customer Service experience.
2. Skills to learn and utilize software used for organization and information gathering. Proficient with Windows Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Dynamics is a plus.
3. Relies on instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, and be adaptable to change. Must possess a wide degree of creativity.
4. Applicant must have strong problem solving and research skills, be self-motivated, intuitive and inquisitive in nature.
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; read and write in English.
6. Authorized to work in the US. Fluency in other foreign language(s) is a plus.
7. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task well.
8. Be able to work under time pressure and prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
9. Be able to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude daily and under deadlines.
10. Be able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 25lbs, reading, nimbleness of hands for typing and writing.
