Job Overview
U.S Direct Tree & Landscape Service is hiring a motivated, results-driven individual to help in the expansion of our North Texas territory. As a sales professional with us, you will be responsible for driving sales by door to door, business to business, and cold calling. Don’t let that scare you! We provide several warm leads weekly to ensure you are maximizing your income potential.
As we venture into the colder season, our primary source of leads and sales will be tree trimming and removals. U.S Direct Tree & Landscape Service offers both one-time services and annual maintenance plans to businesses and homeowners across DFW to help save money and enhance tree and plant health. You will be given everything you need to be both happy and successful with us, including weekly training, sales goals incentives, and company-paid travel and vacation time.
We offer a competitive base salary of $60k with an uncapped 10% commission on every sale. To put your OTE in perspective, our one-time services close at an average of $2k, while our annual plans close at an average of around $12k.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in D2D & B2B environments, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their property/business operations. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including door to door and cold calling, to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of interactions in the designated software systems.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in D2D or B2B environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in outside sales or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
