USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Warehouse Supervisor CDC Loading to join our team. This position will be located in our Middletown, CT CDC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the warehouse the loading operations and personnel to provide optimal service to customers
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
• Ensure the accuracy of transactions
• Protect Company assets from theft and damage
• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of Distribution Center policies and procedures
• Train and continuously develop new and existing employees
• Support Central Distribution Center's team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency
• Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team
• Other general warehouse and supervisory duties to be assigned
