Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Greensboro, NC
Job Type: Contract to Permanent
Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Range (based on experience): $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience by providing knowledgeable support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING SAGE PROGRAM
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, shipping, returns, and account management.
- Efficiently process orders and manage customer accounts using our order management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and product management, to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed about our products, including new collections, to provide customers with personalized support and recommendations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to drive process and product improvements.
- Build strong partnerships with our retailers, supporting their business success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in furniture wholesale or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Passion for home décor and knowledge of different décor styles is a plus.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
