Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $31.45 per hour (Compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.)

Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for a dynamic role in an industrial environment? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to install, repair, and maintain pressurized piping systems, steam boilers, power-generating equipment, and mechanical controls. What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain & Repair Equipment – Work on steam boilers, air compressors, pumps, motors, and pressurized piping systems for water, steam, oil, compressed air, and natural gas.

Perform Preventative Maintenance – Ensure the efficiency and longevity of systems through regular maintenance and inspections.

Conduct Chemical Testing – Perform water and boiler chemical tests to maintain optimal performance and compliance.

Troubleshoot & Repair – Identify issues in analog and digital control systems and execute necessary repairs.

Follow Technical Schematics – Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams to ensure accurate repairs and installations.

Install High-Pressure Systems – Maintain steam stations, piping, traps, strainers, regulators, valves, and insulation throughout the facility.

Manage Energy Systems – Enter and edit time schedules in the Energy Management System for operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including steam boiler and air compressor repairs, boiler controls, and power-generating equipment.
• Strong understanding of reading schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Syracuse facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience working with high-pressure steam systems and industrial piping.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
