Parts and Service Manager

US Equipment Sales and Rentals (USE) is looking for a passionate Parts and Service Manager who provides top-notch customer service. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Position: Parts and Service Manager

Pay: $90,000-$100,000

Type: Full-Time (on-site)

Location: Maryland Heights, MO 63043

Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts and service department

· Assist with scheduling of technicians on priorities

· Overall knowledge of the aggregate processing equipment

· Ability to work in a high-paced environment

· Support the parts department to ensure correct parts are always available

· Manage the warranty accounts with multiple vendors

· Control the inventory in multiple locations and branches

· Forecasting capital needs for the service department

· Monitor all incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure all equipment is PDI properly before delivery

· Schedule all proper training so the team continues to improve.

Qualifications

· Ability to work effectively without oversight.

· Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive/service industry.

· Confident written and verbal communication skills

· Superb organizational and time management abilities

· Keen ability to work in a variety of environments.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
