We are a 90 and growing employee company located on the 12th floor of the Wells Fargo building in downtown Orlando on Magnolia Ave. We are a payments company focusing on biweekly payments to attract customers to us through hundreds of automotive dealers across the United States as we make the transition to what is more commonly known now as a FinTech Company. We currently have more than 70,000 active customers and add thousands more each month.
USEA has been in business for more than 17 years and we continually grow year after year. 2022 however represents a unique opportunity for us to grow by 50% or more due to factors in the industry favorable to us.

About the Role US Equity Advantage is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to develop, interpret, and implement sometimes complex sales, marketing and operational concepts or techniques for use in strategic planning, reporting, and internal control by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with and offer insights into different internal teams from Sr. Executives to Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
· 3 years of direct experience with data visualization using PowerBI or similar tools. Design analytics dashboards and KPI reports in CRM or other BI Analytics tools for internal teams to identify critical data points and translate data into clear and coherent visualizations and reports for non-technical teams.
· Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights and ad hoc or regular reporting based on data to support decision making efforts. Effectively communicate technical information with non-technical team members and stakeholders.
· A solid understanding of relational database methodology, structures, and querying.
· Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using MS SQL Server. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Business and data analysis experience, including requirements gathering and data exploration.
· Build and analyze automated dataset dashboards to predict issues before they arise, identify bugs in data and resolve them.
· Support individual team members by creating customizable tabular or visual reports with ad hoc reporting via SQL.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience in statistics, math, computer science, physics, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
· 3 years’ experience working in technical data analysis, data manipulation, data science, or related.
· Experience with designing reports and dashboards on Power BI and SSRS. Similar analytics tools would be useful.
· Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL programming, databases (primarily Microsoft SQL), and reporting packages (Business Objects etc.)
· Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
· Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation.
· The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
