Center For Sight, one of the country’s leading multi-specialty eye care groups, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Glaucoma Specialist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 10 ophthalmologists and 26 optometrists providing care at 17 clinics and our two wholly-owned, ophthalmic surgery centers housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 30 years, Center For Sight has led the development of the vertically integrated OD & MD delivery model that is now the standard of care in the United States.

- Join a high-volume, well-established multi-specialty practice with available volume starting day 1 (current surgeons are booking out for months) and a favorable payor mix
- Fully dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
- Sarasota is home to coastal neighborhoods, beautiful beaches, and has no state income tax
Compensation
- Very competitive, guaranteed base salary plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
- After initial guarantee, compensation is based on production formula only with significant upside potential
- Sign-on bonuses available
