Key Responsibilities :
- Quality System Support : Assist in developing and maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with TS16949, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and QOS .
- Testing & Inspections : Conduct functional, dimensional, and physical property tests on parts.
- Customer Interaction : Act as a primary contact for quality concerns, reports, and problem resolution.
- Problem-Solving & Improvement : Work with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate quality issues.
- On-Site Support : Travel to customers to provide troubleshooting and quality support.
- Compliance & Safety : Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
