We are seeking a Per Diem Front Desk Coordinator to float between our San Ramon and Oakland offices. The pay range for this position will be $25/ .
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for:
- Greet and assist all patients during their visit
- Managing front desk team
- Assisting with interviewing for front desk staff
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures
- Obtain and verify insurance information, coverage, and benefits
- Get authorizations for office visits and procedures
- Collect co-pays and insurance payments
- Answer phone calls
- Data entry
- Other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to work with diverse patient population
- Ability to travel between local offices
- Able to work rotation of weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor
- Meticulously organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Word and Excel
