We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time OR Manager to work in our NEW Menlo Park office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30pm with occasional holidays and weekends.
Salary range: 170K to 180K
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the OR Manager is responsible for:
- Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
- Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
- Coordinates the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
- Assists with the training and orientation of staff.
- Administers performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
- Assists in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
- Assists primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
- Handles patient issues/complaints
What You'll Bring:
The skills and education we need are:
- Fertility Experience is Required
- Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
- Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
