We are seeking a Per Diem Front Desk Coordinator to join our San Ramon office. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm.
The pay range for this position will be $25-$28 per hour.
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for:
- Take all incoming phone calls for initial consults.
- Answer new patient inquiries about the practice, clinical services, and financial services.
- Schedule new patient consultation appointments
- Assess new patient information needs and distribute information packets to new patients.
- Ensures all patient and partner information is successfully documented in Medical/Clinical systems.
- Place follow up phone calls with patients post their initial consultation.
- Back up to other call center staff
- Other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent internal and external customer service
- Able to work rotation of weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor
- Meticulously organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Word and Excel
