US Frame Factory (USFF) is a rapidly growing solutions provider in the cold-formed steel space. From project inception to material hitting the ground, USFF offers services to expedite, reduce cost, minimize waste, and decrease time to market. We specialize in business to business transactions enabling our customers to build more efficiently. USFF’s long term goals are to reduce the cost of construction, decrease the amount of time to build, and build the highest quality at each price point. USFF is looking for a sales assistant. A successful sales assistant is someone with ambition and desire to aid the Technical Sales Specialist in customer acquisition, conversion, and service. This job is pivotal to keeping the sales department growing.  We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, sales management capabilities, and a proactive approach to upselling and negotiating with clients. This role falls under both an assistant and project manager’s responsibilities. The assistant must be capable of fast pace work flow and multi-tasking, operating within excel and email. Day to day tasks include promptly answering emails and calls from either myself or a customer. “Customer” being someone who is interested in purchasing steel products. Upon receiving email with a material list of various technical product code information, the sales assistant will do everything from quoting products, communicate with customers on size recommendations, use a CRM software (HubSpot), and update on order delivery status. Fully remote position, with collaboration and communicating with team members primarily through google meet/chat.



 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the technical sales lead
  • Screen new customers and present USFF in a good light
  • Gather customer information and update CRM (hubspot) with customer details and jobs
  • Generate quotes based on customer takeoffs
  • Have great product knowledge and ability to make recommendations
  • Track customer payments
  • Relay orders to the production team
  • Respond to customers by email and phone rapidly and clearly
  • Have great working relationship with production team
  • Track with production and relay production updates to the client


Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of google sheets
  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Excellent attention to customer service and needs
  • Willingness to put in the hours to be successful


The two most important things that someone in this position can have are a team first attitude and a strong attention to detail. Between our production team and the other members of the sales team, communication and working with others including the clients is integral to the success of the organization. Secondly, a strong attention to detail is necessarily to make sure that factors like shipping, customer quotes, timing, and pricing are all done correctly.


Salary : $45,000 - $59,000
