We are seeking a friendly and Fuel Attendant / Cashier for a Gas Station to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions accurately. Your role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction in our gas station. environment.

Duties

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the cash register.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
• Assist with upselling products and promoting special offers to enhance sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote new items.
• Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
• Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels or product issues.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
