Nurse Practitioner ~ Child Psychiatry
Coordinates the comprehensive health care needs of Child patient population providing appropriate direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of Psychiatric conditions. Participates in educational and research activities of the department.
- Massachusetts Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Certified in Massachusetts to practice in the expanded role as a Clinical Specialist in Psychiatry & Mental Health Nursing
- Demonstrated mastery of a specialty area or other related field normally acquired by 3-5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner with Child Psychiatric experience and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practice certification
- Experience prescribing to children preferred
- CPR / AED Certified or equivalent
