We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Sales Operations Manager to be responsible for managing the sales process and sales CRM system. The Sales Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the business development and internal operations teams to ensure efficiencies throughout the sales cycle including simplifying processes and increasing sales productivity.
What a day in the life of a Sales Operations Manager looks like :
- Working in partnership with the business development team to understand client objectives
- Becoming well versed in BMC product offerings
- Engaging with business development team and management to address prospect / client needs / concerns
- Oversee data input and structure of Sales CRM system (Salesforce), including corporate data support
- Managing updates to and enforcing compliance with Salesforce
- Managing and evaluating data to determine the effectiveness of the sales cycle, products, and forecasting
- Develop and deliver monthly sales metric reporting to management
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts
- Maintain record of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence in a secure and organized manner
- Maintaining updates to sales library of approved documentation
- Work directly with corporate finance and operations group on sold business documentation
- Conducting competitor research and analysis
