Us Heart and Vascular is in need of a Front Desk Receptionist to join Memorial Katy Cardiology Associates in Katy, TX
Responsibilities :
- Handle large number of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all patient needs are met
- Follow established communication "scripts" to maintain consistency and accuracy across all topics and interactions
- Identify patient concerns, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Schedule appointments for patients while ensuring proper coordination between different departments
- Keep all conversations brief and professional to ensure optimal call flow within the call center
- Consistently meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals
- Assist with faxing, front office tasks, or other administrative duties as needed
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to clearly communicate information and actively listen to patient concerns
