What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at US Integrity Machine?
Inspect parts with precision hand measurement tools, such as a caliper, micrometer, indicator.
Operate a CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) to precisely measure parts that cannot be checked with precision hand tools. Working knowledge of PC-Dmis is a plus but not required.
Complete FAIR's (First Article Inspection Reports) documenting the results of inspected parts.
Support shop personnel with their ongoing inspection needs of production parts.
Support shipping/receiving department with inspection needs.
Report directly to the Quality Manager.
Ability to work 40-hours per week, plus overtime when needed.
Able to work well with others in a team.
Be self-driven, dependable, and have a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Immediately available position.
Pay commensurate with experience.
The right candidate will be trained.
