Description:
We are looking to fill a position for Genetic Security Center specialist in Raleigh NC
- BS/BA or equivalent work background plus IT Support experience and enterprise software environment or equivalent 7
- Experience installation and service of video surveillance equipment and IP Cameras 7
- Experience with Genetec Security Center preferred 7
- Experience providing production support or similar role 7
- Strong working knowledge of office applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint) 7
Qualifications
- Written and verbal communications are clear, concise and achieve intended objectives 7
- Problem Diagnosis skills [i.e., discovery, replication, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, communication and/or escalation as required] 7
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks 7
- Ability to learn complex business functions 7
- Ability to organize/manage own work and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables7
- Computer Science Degree or related discipline; professional certification 7
