Job Summary

- Maintain a punch list with priorities on it to aid in making schedules. Monitors all irrigation controllers.

Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as and Primavera for project planning and tracking.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets established standards.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and monitoring expenses.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities.
- Prepare reports on project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Train team members on best practices in construction techniques and equipment use.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts accurately.
- Competence in using tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical work when necessary.
