A Maintenance Technician has a high level of expertise and ability to diagnose and repair a variety manufacturing production equipment, facility equipment and power tools.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.

What You Will Do
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures to manufacturing production equipment, facility, and forklifts.
- Diagnose and perform equipment repairs as issues arise.
- Diagnose and perform tool repairs. Such as nail guns, staplers, and power tools.
- Follow all policies and procedures (ex. Lock Out/Tag Out).
- Perform compliance inspections.
- Fire extinguisher inspection
- Clear electric boxes and Exits
- Perform inside and outside facility maintenance
- Painting , HVAC, Plumbing
- Mowing, weed whipping and snow removal
- Set up and/or move new and existing equipment.
- Manage inventory levels of repair parts.
- Stocking production materials and fasteners
- Clean/ Organize offices, shops, and bathrooms as needed.
- Cross train and work on production assembly lines as needed.
- Other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Adheres to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with facility maintenance and manufacturing equipment
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Must be computer literate, organized and accurate
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have knowledge of threaded mechanical fasteners
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Salary : $25 - $28
