Key ResponsibilitiesAzure & Microsoft Active Directory ManagementMaintain and optimize Azure Infrastructure, Azure Virtual Machines, and Active Directory integrations.Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across the firm's cloud environment.Automation & Scalable SolutionsDevelop and maintain scalable automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.Identify opportunities to integrate legal tech solutions into the firm’s operations. AWS&HybridCloudExposure(Preferredbutnotrequired)Work with AWS services where needed and ensure a hybrid cloud approach is optimized. Vendor & MSP ManagementAct as the primary liaison for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and software vendors.Evaluate 3rd-party solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met. Team Leadership & Project OversightLead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers and IT specialists.Provide weekly updates on project progress, challenges, and timelines.Ensure the team meets delivery deadlines for cloud and automation projects. Required Qualifications5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking, IAM, Security Policies).Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management.Experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external vendors.Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Desired QualificationsProficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps) for the creation and maintenance of scalable automation solutions.Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).Azure DevOps (CI / CD pipeline management) Certification (if available).Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).Experience working in legal tech or professional services environments.ITIL knowledge or experience in incident management, service desk operations.
