Master HVAC Technician (New HVAC Division)

We are seeking an experienced Master HVAC Technician to be the first person in our new HVAC division. We are an established contracting company and you will be responsible for bidding HVAC work, filling out proposals and invoices, installing and repairing and supervising the installation and repairs of HVAC equipment including heat pumps, gas furnaces, gas boilers, and air conditioning units just to name a few. This role also has a heavy aspect of supervising and instructing less experienced technicians in the field for residential work and some light commercial work.Duties : - Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks.- Write proposals for HVAC repairs and replacements and discuss different options with customers.- Troubleshoot and run diagnostics on HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.- Provide field service for HVAC units.- Install and oversee the installation of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, boilers and air conditioners.- Drive company van to various job sites.- Perform appliance repair as needed.Qualifications : - Masters HVAC License in the state of Maryland required- At least 10 years experience as an HVAC technician required- Proficiency in HVAC systems.- Ability to install, repair, service and diagnose problems with all manner of heating and cooling systems.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Comfortable driving a company van.Compensation : - Pay range is $100,000 to $120,000 per year with opportunity for ownership percentage after vesting period.- Health Insurance- Paid time off and paid vacationsIf you are a dedicated HVAC Technician with a passion for delivering high-quality service, apply now to join our team.Job Types : Full-time, Part-timePay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits : Health insurancePaid time offSchedule : 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayYear round work
