Recertification and Leasing SpecialistSummary : This role is responsible for initial, annual, and interim LIHTC and HUD 50059 income certifications, rent collection, and leasing.Duties & Responsibilities : Conduct income certifications and ensure compliance with program requirements.Maintain waiting lists, process housing applications, and handle inquiries.Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections with Facilities staff.Maintain organized client files and property management databases.Prepare leases and other administrative tasks, including answering calls and generating reports.Follow up on rent collection and assist with audits and partner inquiries.Maintain required documentation for federal, state, and local agencies.Experience, Education, and Requirements : Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of property management experience.Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.LIHTC / Mixed Finance certifications are a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Proficiency in written and verbal communication and computer skills.
